We're three founders who spent years in the trenches of operations, finance, and business development before building the agency we wished had existed. We understand the weight of running a business because we've felt it ourselves.
YVARA is not a staffing platform. We are a managed service agency, which means every VA we place is trained to our standard, monitored for quality, and actively coached to grow. You don't manage the VA. We do.

The Name Behind the Name
YVARA didn't start with a business plan. It started with a word.
In Sanskrit, vara (वर) means blessing - a gift granted, a wish fulfilled, an opportunity given. When the three of us sat down to name this agency, that word kept coming back to us. Not because it sounded beautiful, though it does. But because it was true.
Each of us began as virtual assistants, supporting US-based businesses from thousands of miles away. We managed calendars across time zones, kept books clean for companies we'd never physically walk into, and answered emails before the office opened. It was quiet, behind-the-scenes work - and it changed our lives.
That opportunity was a vara. A door that opened when we didn't know there was one. It gave us financial independence, professional confidence, and proof that showing up with excellence leads somewhere real.
So when we built YVARA, we built it with that weight in mind.
The Y is our why. The question we asked before we ever wrote a service offering: why are we doing this? The answer was simple and has never changed - to be a blessing.
